We offer higher education institutions an assessment-centre service on either an occasional or ongoing basis. Our work includes internationally used tests and assessments, bespoke quantitative and qualitative market research, satisfaction studies and innovative problem-identification surveys, administered through convenient online questionnaires or conventional paper-based instruments.
We often find that higher education institutions lack a dedicated role responsible for supplying management with valuable feedback on how committed students and employees are and how effectively they can carry out their work. Such feedback can also show how people perceive particular situations, problems and initiatives, and how satisfied they feel with their institution.
We can take responsibility for designing these complex sociological and psychological assessment tools and questionnaires, developing new instruments and conducting surveys from start to finish. We also assist with human-resources assessments and with the Hungarian adaptation, translation or technical conversion of instruments used in international studies and research.
Our online platform can process several hundred questionnaires simultaneously and produce findings in Hungarian or other languages, supporting informed decision-making and carefully planned service development.

More about assessment and organisational change
At the heart of our organisational-development approach is a commitment to people, alongside the values of reciprocity, deliberate action, mental and emotional development, and consideration for one another.
As institutions grow, systems and organisational structures that once worked well may gradually become restrictive, much like a suit of armour that has become too small and needs replacing. In our experience, this change is rarely straightforward. Sometimes a particular area must be given a genuinely new start: people need to let go of the old way of working, get to know the new one and gradually adapt to it.
The first phase of this process is assessment: identifying precisely where change is needed.
Most organisational diagnoses focus on weaknesses and existing or latent problems: in other words, they often take a deficit-oriented approach.
