Data categories and purposes
Enquiries and bookings: name, contact details, messages, appointment information. Counseling: personal information voluntarily shared by the client where necessary for the session, potentially including special-category data, and professional notes. Invoicing: legally required details. Technical operation: server logs.
Legal bases
Enquiries and bookings: GDPR Article 6(1)(b), or another applicable basis for the specific process. Invoicing: Article 6(1)(c). Security logs: where applicable, Article 6(1)(f). Special-category data also require a verified Article 9 condition; where appropriate, explicit consent must be obtained.
Retention, handover and destruction
Individual personal and sensitive counseling notes are destroyed or irreversibly erased when the counseling process closes, except where mandatory retention rules or legal claims require continued processing. On request, clients are provided a copy of their personal data and any releasable notes, subject to data-subject rights and the rights of others. Requests for copies should preferably be made before deletion. Billing records remain for statutory retention periods. Booking, email and technical information is retained only as necessary and legally required.

Providers listed on DietSupport, subject to confirmation for Human-Service: Google (Gmail, Forms, Sheets, Calendar), Doxy.me for video, RackForest Zrt. for hosting, and an invoicing provider. Actual providers, transfers outside the EEA and safeguards must be confirmed before publication. The provider does not record the audio or video of consultations.
Rights and complaints
