Institutional assessments supporting quality assurance in student services

Student assessment and screening can contribute substantially to the quality assurance of student services and indirectly to student satisfaction. We offer a differentiated range of screening and assessment services as follows.

  • Screening and suitability assessment of incoming students presenting psychological difficulties, followed by appropriate support
  • Mapping student needs after application
  • Assessing institutional brand and image among applicants

Preference studies for proposed services

  • Online focus groups, in-depth interviews and forum-based surveys
  • Pre-launch assessment of new services
  • Satisfaction surveys for student experience-oriented services

Assessments relating to university life

  • Measuring student integration and adjustment
  • Measuring satisfaction with educational services
  • Identifying talent development needs and career pathways
  • Student satisfaction surveys concerning lecturers
  • Mental and emotional well-being assessments
  • Satisfaction surveys for student experience-oriented services

Exit-stage assessments

  • Tracking institutional brand and image among graduating students
  • Graduate employment tracking
  • Conducting and analysing exit interviews with students who have withdrawn

We undertake the development of complex sociological and psychological instruments and questionnaires, the creation of new surveys and the delivery of complete assessment projects. This also includes human-resources surveys and the Hungarian localisation, translation or technical adaptation of instruments used in international studies and research.

Through our online platform, we can process hundreds of questionnaires simultaneously and present results in Hungarian or other languages, supporting informed decision-making and carefully planned service development.

Support for teaching staff

One frequently overlooked aspect of mental-health-oriented support is consultation and professional development for teaching staff. Recognising this need, we offer workshops on self-awareness, engagement and other themes relevant to teaching.
