Provider and service

Mental health and lifestyle counseling in person or online. It is not emergency, psychiatric, or medical treatment.

Enquiries and booking

Enquiries for online or in-person counseling can be made by email or phone. The private booking link for online counseling is sent directly to those who enquire. In-person appointments are arranged in advance by email at human.service.mental@gmail.com or by phone. Joining information for online sessions is provided after confirmation.

Fees and payment

Individual counseling costs HUF 19,000 per 50 minutes, in person or online. Payment details are communicated when arranging the appointment.

Cancellations and no-shows

Appointments may be cancelled free of charge at least 12 hours before the start. No fee is charged for late cancellations. If a client does not attend an agreed appointment without cancelling, a no-show fee of HUF 19,000 applies, provided the client was clearly informed of and accepted this term before booking.

Consumer rights and complaints

Distance consumer contracts may be subject to a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal or termination, including the rules applicable when services begin or are completed. Complaints: human.service.mental@gmail.com. Eligible consumer disputes may be referred to a Hungarian conciliation body.
